Design agency 2D3D has won a Rijkshuisstijl (Central Government Visual Identity) Award in the spatial products category for the 'eServices’ change programme at Agentschap NL.
This Rijkshuisstijl Award is presented in three categories: printed material, digital and spatial (3D) products. By presenting the award the organisation wants to show that varied and original design solutions are possible within the visual identity which applies across central government.

2D3D developed a project identity for Agentschap NL which expressed a ‘change programme’. This related to an internal programme aimed at digitising processes, 'eServices’. This digitisation is intended to ensure better service provision to both customers and clients, but particularly also to the staff themselves.
The identity is based on 5 different cubes, finished in the Agentschap NL colours, and the use of pictograms which symbolise the various components within eServices. The cubes were photographed as spatial objects in various settings. The photography was used for a variety of resources such as reports and factsheets, a PowerPoint and an animation. The style is fresh and functional and gives the programme its own identity within Agentschap NL’s central government visual identity.

'Stijl van het Rijk' (Central Government Style) Symposium
The Awards were presented during the 'Stijl van het Rijk' symposium. This symposium was staged as part of The Hague Design and Government 2010, whereby various speakers discussed ‘design for the government’ from different perspectives.
