Framework agreement Province of South Holland

The Province of South Holland selected 2D3D again as preferred supplier for cross media communication design, free design projects and complex design solutions. Projects as the development of corporate identities and project communication are part of the agreement. As well as autonomic graphic design projects for print and interactive design and web projects.

Again a Red Dot Award for 2D3D

In July 2D3D was honoured with a Red Dot Award for outstanding design quality in the field of communication design. More than 6000 entries from all over the world were submitted. This time 2D3D won in the category Public Space for the design of the visual identity of the urban project 'Lentereiland'.

By moving the Waal dike inland at Nijmegen the 'Lentereiland' was created, a unique urban park for living, recreation, culture, water and nature. To communicate the unique character of Lent and its environment 2D3D and Dieben and Partners Communication, developed the Lent Island visual identity and developed a Lent style for communication publicity and communication means and objects.

The stories of the Lent people come alive in the printed Lent box, containing two Lent booklets and the Lent map, as well as on the park benches, outlook hut and the information panels alongside the Waal. The Lent map with walking and cycling routes indicates the places of interest in reference to the stories in the Lent booklets.

The award celebration will be held in Berlin on 7 October 2011.

2D3D welcomes the Dutch House of Representatives as new client

The Dutch House of Representatives has granted 2D3D the order to make a film application replacing the actual corporate film ‘The House at work’.

This film application will be available on the website of the House of Representatives and also used  as  a short introduction film for visitors at guided tours in the Parliaments building and in related information centres. For internal purposes the application can for example be used to inform new staff and at receptions of delegations.

The application will allow the public to get all information about the parliamentary processes and activities of the Representatives, from a social question point of view all within the political frames.

The application will be an animated short film connected to a modular and interactive multimedia solution, explaining and visualising the work of the House of Representatives and related issues.
